Questions? Call (928) 468-2209Before your appointment
We cannot guarantee availability for walk-in patients, but we do what we can to help people seeking same-day appointments.
If possible, bring your past medical history or records and a list of your current medications.
Bring a short list of concerns or symptoms so your providers can focus on your chief concern.
At the clinic

Arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. No ID is needed. New patients complete basic paperwork. We ask for a $25 donation to help cover expenses; if that is beyond your means, we will gladly see you for free.
As part of whole-person healthcare, you will be offered prayer support by a volunteer prayer partner. Your religious or spiritual beliefs—or non-beliefs—are fully respected. Prayer partners also offer compassion and a listening ear.
A student doctor, resident, or other provider will lead your appointment. All students and residents are overseen by a supervising doctor who signs off on the care provided.
Your provider will walk you to the discharge desk, where you will receive any follow-up appointment information, referrals, prescriptions, and your receipt.
Understanding costs
We provide many core services at no cost. Some outside services and specialized tests remain the patient’s responsibility.
Appointment policies
We are committed to serving all patients to the best of our ability. Please respect the time of our providers, volunteers, and other patients by arriving on time.
We cannot guarantee that patients arriving 15 minutes or more late will be seen that day. You may need to reschedule or wait until on-time patients have been seen.
Patients who miss an appointment without prior notice are marked as a no-show. Three no-shows on record will lower a patient’s priority in scheduling.
